If you run the WinIDE and the WinIDE doesn't open and there is an entry for Softools WinIDE.exe in Task Manager. End all of them in Task Manager. Open Registry Editor. Click HKEY_USERS. Search for Open Multiple. It's 0. Change it to 1. The WinIDE will run.
There is something in Windows that is now causing the WinIDE already running check to lock up.
